We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “Regional Sales Director (RSD)” to spearhead our Mobile Sales Team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated sales person to make a substantial impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and market share. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
To work closely with Dealer, Distributor and internal teams to meet individual and group sales target. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Collaboration and coordination with assigned sales team to ensuring adequate product knowledge, sales training and sales support as may require following company sales policy.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Regular collection monitoring and meeting with team, maintaining less risk of Dealers & Distributer default.
Prepare reporting about area wise sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
Collaborate with Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Executive, Sales Executive from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
Ability to identify potential business partners, geographies, channels & plan for sales targets, sales projections and stock planning.
