Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement strategic sales plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals & expanding the customer base.
∎ Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales team for use in organizational planning.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales strategy for regions, areas, and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing products.
∎ Maintain sales volume, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, and competitors.
∎ Deliver periodic reporting to the sales teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Market Segmentation.
∎ Region-wide dealer channel development and cross-functional communication with internal customers.
∎ Train owns regional sales team and is responsible for Sales, Collection, and promotional activities as per company policy.
∎ Respond to the prospect and clients’ queries and introduce new dealers.
∎ Prepare weekly action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and record-keeping.
∎ Regular basis Market visits and attending meetings with potential clients.
