Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of Regional/Territory Sales Budget and Work planning for implementation of the same.
∎ Monitoring/supervision of the activities of the sales staff and officers under the Region/Territory towards achieving of
∎ Regional/Territory target.
∎ Experience of Market Analysis and Intelligence reporting about the challenging competitors.
∎ Event Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and Conference.
∎ Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
∎ Annual Performance Evaluation of the subordinate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-6 years experience as Regional/Territory In-charges in Sales & Promotional
∎ activities for Seeds and Agro Chemical Products from any reputed Organization.
∎ Proactive with good command in English language for reporting.
∎ Good relation and Liaison with Agriculture/DAE officials at District and Upazila level
∎ Computer literacy in all MS Office applications is Mandatory.
∎ Motor Cycle driving having License from BRTA
∎ To perform Extensive tour program to Upazila level within the respective Region/Territory.
