Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage all telecommunication maintenance activities in their assigned region/Cluster.
∎ Coordinate with the E.co customer service team to ensure all their requirements are met.
∎ Implement and enforce safety guidelines in the region.
∎ Monitor and report on project progress, including any exceptions and/or deviations from the timeline.
∎ Ensure all equipment and tools are available and in good working condition for the field teams.
∎ Hire, train, and manage technicians and other staff for the region.
∎ Perform administrative duties such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to the management team.
∎ Provide customer support and resolve any problems that arise in the region.
∎ Ensure that all staff are adequately trained in the latest technologies and techniques.
∎ Ensure all staff comply with the company's code of conduct and other standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the telecommunications industry
∎ Experience working with E.co under Vigor or Optima projects.
∎ Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
∎ Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
∎ Deep understanding of Telecommunications technologies and maintenance practices
∎ Ability to travel extensively in the region
Salary: Negotiable
