Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline from a reputed university having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, monitor and administer activities of multiple branches ensuring smooth operation of the branches to achieve goals.
∎ Instruct and oversees the formulation and implementation of approved business plans, operating plans, budgets and capital expenditure requests in line with strategic goals and objectives for branches within the region.
∎ Identifies researches, formulates and implements approved retail opportunities in conjunction with Managers that are congruent with strategic direction and contribute to growth and profitability within the region.
∎ Approves branch budgets within region and contributes to the overall control of expenditure by monitoring costs and reporting on performance against budget variations.
∎ Establishes a collaborative culture across the region and the wider organisation that promotes inter-departmental engagement and support, and increases understanding of competing priorities that divide resources and energy.
∎ Responsible for meeting with Branches regularly including performance reviews with Managers and meeting with staff directly to discuss their own performance and ambitions and to discuss progress and barriers to performance success in order to manage outcomes.
∎ Monitors performances of the branches, meeting regularly with direct reports to discuss progress and barriers to performance success in order to manage outcomes in accordance with Bank’s policies and procedures.
∎ Ensures Managers and Officials within the region to meet legislative responsibilities & comply all rules and regulations of BB in their day-to-day operations, including compliance with all relevant Acts.
∎ Supports the business development efforts of region branches by role modeling, through meeting with local business professionals and key clients.
∎ Proactive and self-driven to achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities set forth in the Job Objectives.
∎ Must have strong knowledge in Branch Management, Banking Operations, Business Development, Relationship Management, and Leadership Capability and should be highly committed to customer services.
∎ Capable of strong administrative skills and efficient in daily operation of a full-fledged service oriented branch office, including operations, lending, product sales and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in the management of Core Risks, Credit Risk Analysis, Foreign Exchange and International Trade.
∎ Must be able to ensure compliance with group & local directives for preventing Money Laundering.
∎ Ability to attract and develop new deposit and loan business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
