Additional Requirements: - Minimum 15 years’ of experience, out of which minimum 5 years as a 1st line manager

- Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and persuasive speaking abilities as well as effective writing skills.

- Teamwork working effectively with colleagues in sales, marketing & other departments.
- Analytical Skills - Ability to interpret sales data, market research and consumer behavior insights.

Responsibilities & Context: Be a part of the SALES Team of a Global Brand -SENSODYNE
Brief Job Description:
- Manage a team of 20-30 expert sales force including 2/3 First line managers, who are responsible to shift behavior of our customers e.g. doctor, chemists etc. towards our brands.
- Drive the team to achieve prescription & sales target of assigned advance care products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other key stakeholders e.g. Core Sales Team, distributors, , support functions etc.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to Sales Force Key Performance Indicators (SFKPIs).
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, including their benefits and usage.
- Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country.
