Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage a team of 20-30 expert sales force including 2/3 First line managers, who are responsible to shift behavior of our customers e.g. doctor, chemists etc. towards our brands.
∎ Drive the team to achieve prescription & sales target of assigned advance care products
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with other key stakeholders e.g. Core Sales Team, distributors, , support functions etc.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to Sales Force Key Performance Indicators (SFKPIs).
∎ Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, including their benefits and usage.
∎ Stay updated on new products and developments within the company and the industry.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements of the country.
