∎ Skills Required: Communication, Monitoring and Reporting, Negotiation Skills, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills, Strong leadership

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and verify demand creation activities.
∎ Manage vehicles from Local vendors or suppliers.
∎ Share transport details with vendors and the back office.
∎ Create Good Receive Note (GRN) and Transfer Order (TO)
∎ Verify Sales amount (Net Merchandise Value) NMV by comparing it with relevant data gathered from company apps.
∎ Obtain transaction ID from Payment agents and reconcile the transaction in CRT (Call Resolution Time)
∎ Perform stock reconciliation activities from Mokam Wholesale (MWS)
∎ Market visits as per business needs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Strength in problem solving, and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven work environment.
∎ Ability to take pressure and willingness to work extended hours.
∎ Excellent team leadership; willingness to move/travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have good knowledge on MS Office, Google Apps and software-based work processes.

Salary: Negotiable
