∎ MBA/BBA from any UGC approved university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing a team through constant training on products & process, follow up, supervision & cost management of the team
∎ Achieve team Target assigning tasks to the team members, scheduling and monitoring
∎ Proactively manage existing and prospective clients
∎ Visit the clients and projects before processing to CRM
∎ Reviewing sales performance and reporting to management.
∎ Providing quality, efficient before and after sales services
∎ Manage the PAR & NPL of individual & team’s asset portfolio within the given target
∎ Maintaining ethical standard and ensure regulatory compliance
∎ Strong supervision regarding schedule of charges
∎ Cross selling of different products of IDLC (offered by CD, SME, Corporate, IL, SL etc.)

∎ Superior problem solving, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
∎ Analytical inquisitiveness and problem solving ability; an ability to ask insightful questions, break analytical challenges into workable components and draw meaningful conclusions
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills
