Responsibilities & Context:

Client Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

    • Identify and approach potential client companies who need recruitment services.
    • Pitch the agency’s services (permanent placement, contract staffing, executive search).
    • Set up meetings, prepare proposals, and convert leads into clients.

Building and Maintaining Client Relationships

    • Develop strong relationships with HR managers, hiring decision-makers, and corporate contacts.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations during the hiring process.
    • Upsell additional recruitment services over time.

Understanding Client Needs

    • Gather detailed job requirements and hiring needs from clients.
    • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
    • Act as the communication link between the client and the recruiters.

Market Research & Lead Generation

    • Research industries, market trends, and competitor activity.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.

Target & Revenue Achievement

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
    • Contribute to overall agency revenue by bringing in new and repeat business.

Strategic Planning

    • Work with management to identify growth opportunities, niche markets, and service improvements.
    • Participate in marketing strategies to support business growth (job fairs, B2B events).
