Responsibilities & Context: Client Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Identify and approach potential client companies who need recruitment services.
- Pitch the agency’s services (permanent placement, contract staffing, executive search).
- Set up meetings, prepare proposals, and convert leads into clients.
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with HR managers, hiring decision-makers, and corporate contacts.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations during the hiring process.
- Upsell additional recruitment services over time.
Understanding Client Needs
- Gather detailed job requirements and hiring needs from clients.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
- Act as the communication link between the client and the recruiters.
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Research industries, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Target & Revenue Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Contribute to overall agency revenue by bringing in new and repeat business.
Strategic Planning
- Work with management to identify growth opportunities, niche markets, and service improvements.
- Participate in marketing strategies to support business growth (job fairs, B2B events).
