Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain confidentiality
Must be proficient in MS Office, Email, and online form submission
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Smart, honest, and dedicated to responsibilities
Good teamwork skills and positive attitude
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle clients related to overseas employment and visa processing
Manage documentation for different country recruitment processes
Assist with travel ticketing, visa application, and follow-ups
Provide accurate information and service support to clients
Maintain client files, data entry, and official email communication
Coordinate with agents and clients efficiently
