∎ Skills Required: Erp software, Micro Finance, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Micro Credit, Micro Finance, NGO
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Credit sales Customer Evaluation And Audit.
∎ 2) Creating and Posting new customer instalments.
∎ 3) Ensure instalment withdrawal and posting from current customers.
∎ 4) Collection Overdue and arrears from Customer.
∎ 5) Daily, Weekly and monthly reports and Postings.
∎ 6) Collecting instalments from each customer's home.
∎ 7) fill full all terms and conditions of the annual Key performance indicator.
∎ 8) Seize the goods from the due customer and make arrangements for resale.
∎ 9) To arrange trial and arbitration of the defaulting customer and to settle it.
∎ 10) Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales department according to KPI.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 01 years experience in national level NGOs or INGOs
∎ 01 years experience in national level any recovery sector

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is fixed able and non negotiable.

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ There will be a KPI bonus every year.
