• Higher Secondary

• Minimum HSC or Graduate (educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates)

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance,Leasing,Investment/Merchant Banking,Retail Store,NGO,Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Tobacco,Micro-Credit

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in field recovery or collections
• Preference given to those with NGO or Microfinance backgrounds
• Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills, Honest, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Must own a smartphone (Android/iOS)
• Basic computer literacy is a must

• Conduct regular field visits for installment and dues collection
• Meet and maintain monthly recovery targets
• Keep accurate documentation and submit timely reports
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales departments
