Responsibilities & Context:

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and update the company's Facebook Page and other social media platforms regularly.

  • Create and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional posts.

  • Conduct Facebook Live sessions to showcase vehicles and interact with potential customers.

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles for marketing purposes.

  • Design basic promotional materials using Canva or similar software.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate sales leads.

  • Manage online advertisements, boosting campaigns, and promotional activities.

  • Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.

  • Maintain an active and professional online presence for the company.

  • Monitor social media performance and prepare marketing reports.

  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.

Sales Support

  • Generate and maintain customer and sales lead databases.

  • Follow up with potential customers regarding vehicle purchases.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to promote available vehicles and special offers.

  • Schedule customer appointments and showroom visits.

  • Assist management in achieving sales and marketing targets.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare official letters, notices, reports, and other business documents.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of office records.

  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of company records.

  • Assist in preparing sales, inventory, and operational reports.

  • Support daily administrative and office operations.

  • Coordinate internal communications and maintain office correspondence.

  • Assist management with various administrative and operational tasks as required.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all company matters.

  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
