Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop system to prevent leakage and reduce theft
∎ Act promptly incase of missing parcel and theft issues by riders (Pickup agent & Delivery agent) and Hub personnel
∎ Proper follow up to ensure collection and pending payments
∎ Work closely with security team to ensure safety and security of merchant’s products
∎ Analyze the trends of missing parcel, theft and damage issues and build action plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have the mind set to move anywhere in Bangladesh as per company requirement.
Salary: Negotiable
