∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recovery of Non-Performing Loan (NPL) through persuasions, contacts, and physical visits of the client’s premises.
∎ Assisting in enforcement of Court process against the absconder clients for speedy disposal of pending cases/suits.
∎ Maintaining close liaison with law enforcement agencies for execution of Court process.
∎ To verify authenticity/genuineness of the land/property documents from the concerned AC (Land)/Sub-Registrar Office.
∎ Supporting in execution of Travel Restriction Orders issued by the learned Court against the defaulted/absconder clients.
∎ Searching for prospective buyers for selling of properties of defaulted borrowers which are empowered/acquired by Bank through legal process.
∎ Carrying out search to discover additional unencumbered properties of absconded/defaulted clients for attachment by the Court.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Experience of the employee may be relaxed for the suitable candidates.
∎ Retired Sergeant or Warrant officer of Armed Forces/Law Enforcing Agencies will be given preference.
