Job Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing accurate information.
- Manage visitor logbooks, ID cards, and security procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Communication & Coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support scheduling needs.
- Relay messages accurately to staff and management.
Administrative Support
- Assist in data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Support the HR or Admin team with clerical tasks when required.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain attendance or visitor registers.
Professional Conduct
- Represent the company positively to clients, visitors, and partners.
- Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, or training sessions
