Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome guests, manage check-in / check-out processes.
Handle phone, email, and walk-in reservations.
Maintain an accurate guest database and daily front-desk reports.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless service.
Ensure guest satisfaction, respond to queries, and resolve issues promptly.
Promote hotel services and assist with upselling when appropriate.
Maintain cash, billing, and POS procedures in line with company policy.
