∎ Additional Requirements Experience in a medical office or hospital environment.
∎ Must know about the computer and typing speed, Bangla 20 words, and English 30 words per minute
∎ Looking smart
∎ Knowledge of medical terminology. S
∎ Strong knowledge of billing and front desk systems
∎ .Computer & Software operating is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
∎ Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
∎ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
∎ Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic flow.
∎ Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
∎ Provide information about hospital services, policies, and procedures.
∎ Guide patients through the test preparation process Maintain a clean and organized reception area
∎ Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient experience.
∎ Generate and process patient bills accurately and efficiently
∎ Collect and process patient payments, including cash, credit card, and online transactions.
∎ Assure that patient information records are appropriately filled.
∎ Record payments received to appropriate log.
∎ Post payments received to appropriate patient's account.
∎ Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage accounts receivable.
