Maintain and update financial records and reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tax preparation
.Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Support audit processes and internal controls.
Responsibilities & Context:
দৈনন্দিন লেনদেনের হিসাব রাখা
ভাউচার, বিল, ইনভয়েস তৈরি ও ফাইল সংরক্ষণ
ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট মিলিয়ে দেখা (Bank Reconciliation)
মাস শেষে হিসাবের রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা
ভ্যাট, ট্যাক্স (TDS) সংক্রান্ত হিসাব রাখা এবং জমা দেওয়া
পেটি ক্যাশ পরিচালনা করা
অডিটের জন্য দরকারি কাগজপত্র প্রস্তুত করা
ব্যাংক ও ট্যাক্স অফিসের সাথে যোগাযোগ রাখা
5 বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে ভালো
Tally, QuickBooks বা অন্য হিসাব সফটওয়্যারে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে ভালো
Excel ও অন্যান্য MS Office সফটওয়্যারে দক্ষ হতে হবে
সৎ, দায়িত্বশীল এবং চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করতে সক্ষমএকা কাজ করতে জানেন এবং রিপোর্টিং বুঝেন
