Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  2. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.

  3. Schedule appointments and manage the daily consultation calendar.

  4. Provide basic information about study abroad opportunities, admissions, and visa services.

  5. Register new clients and maintain accurate student records in the company database.

  6. Collect and organize required documents from students before forwarding them to counselors and the visa team.

  7. Follow up with prospective students regarding appointments, document submission, and application progress.

  8. Coordinate with counselors, compliance officers, and visa officers to ensure smooth client service.

  9. Assist with admission and visa application documentation when required.

  10. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

  11. Handle office correspondence, filing, and other administrative duties.

  12. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
