∎ We are looking for a dynamic & energetic marketing & sales person who has experienced in the Bangladesh Real Estate Industry. Candidates should have experienced in at least 5 years of proven experience in real estate sector marketing.
∎ Job Location: House-7, Road-8, Block A, 100 Feet Road, Madani Avenue, Vatara, Dhaka-1212
∎ Workplace: Office and others

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
∎ Respond to the clients' query at office and over telephone & mobile.
∎ Coordinate with collection and Customer Service Departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of project
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ Have the ability to work on sales of apartments independently.
∎ Candidates must work on field & office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Candidates having Graduation from any reputed Public or Privet university
∎ Skills Required: Real Estate Marketing & Sales
∎ preference will be given who have completed MBA, M.Sc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
∎ Candidates must have experienced at Computer Typing, MS Word & MS Excel.
