∎ Provide leadership and direction to the Lifts & Elevator Department, ensuring the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of elevator installation, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
∎ Manage departmental resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, fostering a positive reputation for the company.
∎ Monitor industry trends and technological advancements in elevator technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
∎ Prepare and present reports on departmental performance, including key metrics, project status, and financial results, to senior management.

∎ Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Lifts & Elevator Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department's operations, including installation, maintenance, repair, and customer service. ∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership and direction to the Lifts & Elevator Department, ensuring the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 40,000 BDT Three Month Probationary period. Then 80,000 BDT.
∎ Salary Review- Yearly
