∎ We are looking for an experienced candidate for Architectural Construction Manager position who will be able to work for both Building and Interior Solution.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for full projects from starting part to end part. He will be also responsible for project and construction management, project monitoring and overall project coordination in both effective & efficient manner.
∎ Candidates who have vast experiences as Construction manager to any reputed are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Job Location: House-7, Road-8, Block A, 100 Feet Road, Madani Avenue, Vatara, Dhaka-1212
∎ Workplace: Office and others
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in creative Interior Design Solutions.
∎ Visit clients and work for increasing clients' satisfactions as and when required.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer & concerned person.
∎ Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.
∎ Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Setting monthly construction targets and ensuring construction progress according to the construction schedule.
∎ To analyze the lag time and to take corrective measures to catch on delays
∎ To curb material wastage and misuse and to control material consumption.
∎ To select tools, materials, and equipment and to track inventory for ensuring that, the projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
∎ To comply with the safety guidelines and monitor site safety and the safety of workers. To take preventive measures against any potential hazard.
∎ To check and certify contractors' bills.
