Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Physically inspect all incoming raw materials at the time of delivery.Verify the supplier’s documents (COA, test reports, invoice) against company standards.Take representative samples for laboratory testing by the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).Send samples to the internal or external lab for analysis.Record accepted and rejected materials with reasons.Prepare and maintain raw material incoming inspection reports.Reject and quarantine non-conforming materials and report to the QA Manager.Report recurring quality issues to the procurement and QA team for supplier evaluation.Communicate with Store, Production, and Purchase departments regarding raw material quality status.Support traceability of raw materials during complaints or non-conformities.
