Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all raw materials.
∎ Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain stock availability.
∎ Conduct quality checks and report any discrepancies.
∎ Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in inventory management or raw material control.
∎ Proficiency in inventory management software.
∎ Strong organizational and analytical skills.
∎ Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.
∎ Receive, inspect, and store materials safely.
∎ Issue materials based on production requirements.
∎ Ensure the store is organized and follows FIFO/LIFO methods.
∎ Prepare reports on stock movements and shortages.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management.
∎ Knowledge of store management software and record-keeping.
∎ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
