• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma in Textile Engineering

• At least 6 years

• Education might be relaxed in the case of highly experienced candidates.
• Must have Experience as an Inspection or quality technician.
• Experience drafting reports and collating data.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
• Must have good computer skills.

Job Context:

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking quality technician for our Garments factory. Candidates will perform standardized quality control checks on our Garments products to ensure they meet the required legal and company standards for safety and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead the Quality Team to confirm SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) at AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) system.
• To be solely responsible for doing each & every type of inspection (Final/Prefinal/In-line) & report to the concerned head about the quality conditions before offering a final inspection by his/her team.
• To regular counseling & motivation session arrangements within the quality department to lead organizational goals by the team-oriented.
• Able to organize & provide training to the Operators, Helpers & workers.
• To develop and maintain company inspection reports.
• To Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.
