Quality Controller/ Assurance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have capability to lead a QA team independently of a reputed washing unit of a group of industry.
∎ Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems pertaining to QA/ QC.
∎ Establish Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand.
∎ Lead the team and ensuring accountability to the top management.
∎ Ensure Quality in the whole process including wet & dry process.
∎ Ensure technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management.
∎ Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
∎ Train up Quality team about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department.
∎ To handle Buyers QA during their final inspection and during floor visit.
∎ To handle the Technical audit.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about Washing & Garment dyeing.
∎ To ensure in process quality control & checking.
∎ To establish a highly standard QMS in washing unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 15 years as Manager ( Quality ) in any reputed washing unit of woven bottom.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
