∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Control/ Audit, Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead the quality team independently.
∎ Responsible for ensure the quality of wash.
∎ Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
∎ Coordinate with washing all units, giving washing specifications/ quality check.
∎ Co-ordination with Garments unit, Garments Finishing section and Buying for approval issues.
∎ Responsible for Finishing, Quality full goods delivery and complete buyer requirement.
∎ Washing machine knowledge, finishing chemical handling and garment delivery

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Well organized and time management skills to meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and if needed long hours to complete the tasks.
∎ Must have proficiency in computer.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Bengali.
∎ The ability to multitask
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
∎ The ability to work under pressure
