Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead the team independently.
∎ Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
∎ Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of washing plant.
∎ Co-ordinate with procurement for chemicals procure and others washing materials issues.
∎ Coordinate with washing all units (Wet, Dry & Finishing Section), giving washing specifications/ quality check.
∎ Knowledge of proper use of chemical.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandiser, Garments unit and buying house also.
∎ Knowledge about washing costing.
∎ Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing and Sampling.
∎ Washing machine knowledge, chemical store handling and development of new washes.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Well organized and time management skills to meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and if needed long hours to complete the tasks.
∎ Must have proficiency in computer.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Bengali.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
∎ The ability to work under pressure
