Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead the testing team independently.
∎ Responsible for ensure the quality of work.
∎ Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment test and delegate the work depending on the workload and priority requirements.
∎ Coordinate with washing units, giving washing test and check random goods.
∎ Co-ordination with Garments unit, merchandising section and Buying for required testing issues.
∎ Responsible for every kind of testing of buyer requirement.
∎ Knowledge about all king of testing method/standard
∎ Record keeping and developing LAB for buyer's certification.
∎ Knowledge about GOTS, Oeko-Tex, Blushing or any new certification.
∎ All king of testing machine knowledge, washing chemical handling and chemicals certification.
∎ Give guidelines to washing for maintain test requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Well organized and time management skills to meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and if needed long hours to complete the tasks.
∎ Must have proficiency in computer.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Bengali.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
∎ The ability to work under pressure
