• Must have Proficiency in MS office packagaes & Email correspondences;

• Good command on writing and speaking in English;

• Should be honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality;

• Defining quality standards and policies;

• Developing quality and processes;

• Reporting quality issues to buyer daily basis;

• Ensuring TQM to meet customer needs;

• Customer focus, leadership, process approach, improvement, evidence based decision making and relationship;

• Smooth communication verbally with buyers through English to explain during production floor visit;

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
