Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the quality team to provide technical support to merchandise team for a sustainable development business
∎ Leading the quality team to provide technical support to vendor partners to enhance product development and reduce quality risks
∎ Handle claims and communication between factories, customers and quality team.
∎ Align quality team target to each of the team members
∎ Make sure QA and QC clearly understand their role and specific mission
∎ Optimise general quality working guideline for the whole quality team, including QA & QC
∎ Support and monitor the operation of the QA/QC team; make sure they are working effectively and efficiently in the right direction
∎ Regularly visit factories and suppliers, when necessary
∎ Strengthen the customers' trust and confidence to the quality system
∎ Optimise the quality training system for the new joiners of the company
∎ Support merchandise team to maintain a competitive and sustainable vendor frame for long term development
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by product management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years' working experience in quality assurance and quality control, minimum 3 years' team leading experience in a quality position
∎ Excellent technical knowledge on Home & Living products, good understanding of manufacturing process and solid knowledge on the International Safety Standard (EN, IEC)
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Good command of written and spoken English (and Mandarin)
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Exchange, Word and Excel
∎ Proficient in data analysing skills
∎ Strategic thinker for long term development
