• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age 30 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Look after overall quality of garments division according to different buyer requirements.

• Establish SOP for Quality Standards and maintain it in floor.

• Maintain all buyer’s quality SOP in the floor.

• Lead the full quality team in garments division.

• Communicating with buyers for quality related issues.

• Need to have vast knowledge in knit fabrics and garments.

• Analyze any risk during product development which will lead to quality failure in production.

• Coordinate with quality department of knitting and dyeing to get the desired fabric quality for smooth production.

• Report to management for any issues related to quality in the floor.
