Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the Inspection offered files and attend the Inspections to ensure Inspection pass
∎ Support team to solve problems by root causing and providing corrective actions plan.
∎ Allocate manpower where required and facilitate other departments support by communicate with them.
∎ Maintain QMS and conduct audits to ensure continual improvement
∎ Follow up the Product safety audits and ensure maintenance of these process
∎ Monitor External QA findings and arrange corrective actions accordingly
∎ Follow up the Internal GPQ team findings and arrange corrective actions accordingly
∎ Ensure Customer requirements are met & followed properly by team
∎ Maintain SOP and monitor the process conformity to ensure right quality products
∎ Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Take & make decisions according to OQL to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Do pre works on upcoming PCD schedule to hit PPM and bulk cutting procedure compliance.
∎ Make sure testing compliance with supporting documents.
∎ Effective communication and initiatives for corrective action whenever required.
∎ Initiative to have realistic action plan on input / inline / end line & pre finals audit findings.
∎ Carry out 100% bundle audit for end products to have quality verification prior to pack.
∎ Carry out effective Inline / Label / Needle / 6S procedure to make sure error free sewing process.
∎ Provide necessary training and guidelines for QA / QC staff and operation staff.
∎ Daily routing audits on QMS / SOP’s and best practices towards process sustainability
∎ Close monitoring on customer visit schedules on PPM /Inline /Finals and get better understanding on the QA requirements to fulfill their desire quality aspects.
