Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure garments quality as per quality parameters & Buyer's direction.
∎ Identify causes and suggest actionable steps to improve product quality and reduce numbers of returns and repairs of products
∎ Accomplished of doing inspection with AQL
∎ Monitoring the implementation of QA procedures of the factory.
∎ Develop & Improve QA procedures of the factory Quality dept.
∎ Ensure quality of Garments efficiently and lead the Quality Assurance Team independently.
∎ To deal with the buyers independently for all quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in line inspection, pre final and final inspection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years Experience in pant, shirt & jacket in similar position in any reputed garments factory.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers
∎ Self - motivated and responsible
∎ Leadership quality in building a professional team for Quality Assurance.
∎ Good command over spoken & written English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven & Knit).
∎ The applicants should have experience in garments or Buying House (Big).
