• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

• M. Sc. in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.

• B. Sc. in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies,Chemical Industries

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Practical experience on GMP, GLP, GDP.

• Training on ISO9001, ISO17025, ISO17020, ISO22716, ISO19011.

• Training on Chemical Analysis & Quality Control from TICI or any other equivalent organization will add value to this position.

• LIMS and QMS Software.

• SAP (ERP) Software.

• Minitab.

• Strong interpersonal communication skill.

• Well-grounded in the discipline of project monitoring and evaluation, quantitative and qualitative data capture and representation methodologies.

• Ability to assign and review the work of direct reports, as well as motivate and engage team members.

• Ability to work in a culturally diverse and global setting.

• Maintain QMS-related documents and carry out in-process inspection as per approved QSP.
• Plan, organize & execute quality control tests for the incoming raw and packaging materials, in-process and finished products, stability test samples, microbial test samples etc. within required timelines.
• Review all the data that are generated during daily activities by QC Executives for its correctness and will be responsible for the content of certificates of analysis and analytical testing reports.
• Have to ensure compliance with the quality management system.
• Determine in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Approved test methods and ensure that it is valid before use.
• Monitor and approve day-to-day analysis reports.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and handle customer complaints.
• Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
• Assess employees to identify knowledge gaps and prepare TNA for training recommendations.
• Properly handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain QMS-related documents and carry out in-process inspection as per approved QSP.
• Carry out any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
