Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC.
∎ Graduation Or Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim, Denim Washing (Wet Process), Dyeing/ Washing, Garment Quality

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control product quality, maintain quality systems and pass quality audits.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Please only well experienced in Lingerie garments are allowed to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer will give advantage..
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
