Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

• At least 5 years

• Age 25 to 38 years
• Only Male

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expert in knowing various Activewear & Sportswear Fabrics.
• Good understanding on Circular Knit fabric, Woven fabric (Denim & Non-denim).
• Good Understanding of Fabric Quality (Construction, weight, color, shed etc.).
• Fabric Test Standard & Requirements of different kinds of fabrics.
• Good understanding about the M/C requirement to make Active & Sportswear Garments.
• Strong knowledge of Active & Sportswear garment production processes and quality standards.
• Fluent in English to communicate with buyers.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.
• Must have the capability to guide and manage multiple customers and factories at a time.

• To review customer quality standard manual, communicate the manual and guide the factory to implement such quality standard.
• Understand customer concepts and ideas to develop new products from Sketch/ Tec pack/ Sample with right quality.
• Follow the bulk production in multiple factories at a time.
• Instruct concerned team about critical operations and find solution of any quality issue and provide technical guidance as necessary.
• Monitoring the sampling & production according to the 'Time and Action Plan’ on a regular basis to ensure on time submission of task with right quality and quantity.
• Inspect raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Frequently visit the factory and see the production processes, conduct quality checks at various stages of production e.g. In-line Inspection, Production Monitoring, Pre-final and Final Inspection.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken and implemented.
• Collaborate with factory production & quality teams to improve quality control processes.
• Maintain detailed reports of quality issues and resolutions.
• Ensure the use of approved materials.
• Frequently visiting production lines to check product quality, to ensure the products conform with given standard.
• Understand the challenges in different production processes and take preventive measures as necessary to overcome the challenges.
• Implementing new concepts & techniques to add value to the products & processes.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Approve all finished products by confirming specifications through inspections.
• Communicate all issues with Merchandise team for immediate solution.
• Give real-time update to the Merchandise team about the materials and production.
• Documents and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
• Accomplish organization mission by completing related results as needed.
