Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to give guide line / instruction to subordinatesProviding supervision to entire Sewing Section for quality.
∎ Responsible for Quality assurance.
∎ Need to maintain house keeping and cleanliness in the factory Assisting in setting of production pattern.
∎ Giving proper training to quality inspectors.
∎ Random checking of garments in the Sewing Section.
∎ To ensure all inspections (ipc finishing, aql final, pre-shipment inspection, ipc sewing etc.) To find out the root cause of failure of the inspection and to inform this to the responsible department/ section.
∎ Th show the result of inspection to director (marketing qc &qa) To keep all documents and data of inspection.
∎ Need to maintain all records properlyNeed to have review meeting daily , weekly   and monthlyAccountability : Liable for any major violation of workmanship in the goods allowed for shipment.
∎ Liable for any claim from buyer / customer regarding quality which was not identified by assurance team.
∎ Need to attend pp meetingNeed to evaluate subordinates every three months.
∎ Need to maintain  defect level according to KPI s Need to do any other job assigned by the management.
∎ Need to do any other job given by management.
∎ Authority : as required to perform the specified job summary.
