Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate of a Technical Institute on garment construction or pattern making

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise in pattern development, grading, live model & dummy fitting
∎ Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, merchandising, QC and fabric team, with regards to product quality
∎ Provide technical advice and recommend corrective actions on technical issues
∎ Inspect and comment on samples (proto counter and size set samples) with regards to measurements, workmanship and fit
∎ Regularly visit factories/suppliers, when necessary
∎ Conduct final approval in the market on behalf of customer

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 - 8 years' experience as a Technician in the garment field
∎ Knowledge about fabric behavior & fashion trends.
∎ Good workmanship risk assessment, proactive, critical thinking, taking ownership
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications
∎ Good analytical and communication skills
∎ Good command of written and spoken English
∎ PDM knowledge is a plus

Salary: Negotiable
