Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create quality measurements to track improvement in quality training.
∎ To execute quality improvement testing and activities for the existing training program of the project.
∎ To Develop training quality assurance with national & international standards
∎ To adhere to industry quality and safety standards
∎ To ensure employer expectations and demand of Job placed trainee.
∎ Create reports documenting errors and issues to fixing
∎ Regularly providing necessary information to the donor organization in coordination with the senior officers of the organization.
∎ To properly fulfill the responsibilities assigned by the authorities in Organization related interests of the organization including providing necessary support to other programs of the organization in the work area.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 3 years of practical experience in Quality Assurance will be preferred.
∎ Educational qualification is relaxed for those who have more experience in the relevant field.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 35,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
