∎ 3 years of practical experience in NGO. Experience in relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Educational qualification is relaxed for those who have more experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Let Us Learn (LUL): Enhancing educational access and alternative learning opportunities for out-of-school children and adolescents in remote areas Project supported by UNICEF. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
∎ Quality Assurance:§   To create quality measurements to track improvement in quality training.§   To execute quality improvement testing and activities for the existing training program of the project.§   To Develop training quality assurance with national & international standards§   To adhere to industry quality and safety standards§   To ensure employer expectations and demand of Job placed trainee.
∎ Documentation:§   Develop and maintain a structured documentation system for all project activities.§   Ensure that all project documents, including meeting notes, activity reports, case studies, success stories, and photos, are properly recorded and archived.§   Create and manage a repository of knowledge products, including guides, toolkits, and training materials.
∎ Reporting:§   Coordinate the preparation of regular project reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with donor requirements.§   Regularly providing necessary information to the donor organization in coordination with the senior officers of the organization.§   Collaborate with project staff to gather data and information required for reporting.§   Ensure timely submission of all reports to donors, partners, and stakeholders.§   Support the project team in preparing presentations, briefing notes, and other communication materials as needed.
∎ Learning and Knowledge Management:§   Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and reflection meetings to capture insights and lessons learned from project implementation.§   Develop and implement a learning strategy to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation in project activities.§   Document and disseminate best practices and lessons learned to internal and external stakeholders.§   Support the integration of learning into project planning, decision-making, and strategy development.
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Support:§   Work closely with the M&E team to ensure that learning and reporting processes are informed by accurate and timely data.§   Contribute to the design and implementation of project evaluations and assessments.§   Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.§   To properly fulfill the responsibilities assigned by the authorities in Organization related interests of the organization including providing necessary support to other programs of the organization in the work area.Maintain humanitarian national and international standards applicable.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and Whistle Blowing Policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 37,450 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
