Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from Sorting to Dispatch/Shipment.
∎ Train up all quality staff / quality checkers about basic quality requirements, quality concept, internal & external customer complaints and quality policy and quality objectives.
∎ Able to analyze quality complaints by using quality tools to identify the actual root causes.
∎ Total Quality Management (TQM) System implementation and continual improvement.
∎ Conduct and do ISO QMS Audit as an Internal Auditor and work with all sections head for continual improvement.
∎ Keep all Quality Documentation & SOP of quality and all types of quality metrics & KPIs reporting for ISO 9001 QMS purposes.
∎ Follow up, monitor and supervise ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
∎ Implementation of appropriate quality procedure in every section & manpower based on it.
∎ Manage & monitor training for all quality personnel for better quality.
∎ Manage and monitor sample department for on time sample submission, quality & changes in sample for better production and quality.
∎ Conduct technical, quality seminar and coaching on Total Quality Management (TQM) System to reduce customer complaints.
∎ Coordinate with the production department for matters on nonconformance of quality issues.
∎ Conduct weekly meetings with the team to discuss daily issues, customer complaints and update information to superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years experience about QA Manager
∎ Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
∎ Proactive, self motivated and self started with a positive attitude.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
