Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive suites of automation test plans and test cases
∎ Maintaining and adding to existing automation framework
∎ Responsible for testing the Salesforce lightning applications
∎ Continued evaluation of test cases for inclusion in regression, automation for newly integrated features
∎ Work closely with development teams in defining tests efficiently
∎ Preparation/ review of test plans, test strategy and test reports
∎ Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases
∎ Estimate, prioritize, plan testing activities
∎ Involved with Task Allocation, Monitoring and Tracking of Tasks to Completion
∎ Setting Entry/Exit/Risk & issues/ Project Status Indicators/Escalations/Dashboard
∎ Improvement Initiatives at project level - Automation/ Efficiency / Productivity
∎ Perform all testing related activities and ensure capture/logging of defects in time.
∎ Identify, verify, report, and regress bugs; perform root cause analysis to identify issues
∎ Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
∎ Give updates on daily progress and status of tasks assigned on time and also timely escalation of issues related to testing
∎ Work closely with rest of the QE team and support peer QE members as needed.
∎ Work collaboratively with the clients on the project planning and deliverables / progress on a daily basis
∎ Ability to handle multiple assignments with tight timelines
∎ Acquire thorough understanding of the Business/Domain of the project and be involved in cross functional training and mentoring new members in the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Java experience with Selenium, Java and TestNG
∎ Experience on Test Automation Framework implementation for both functional and API /Webservices testing (Postman, Swagger) and API Automation frameworks such as REST Assured
∎ Must have experience in Data testing, Reports and Dashboard testing
∎ Good hands on experience with SQL
∎ Selenium automation framework development/extension using Java bindings
∎ Good knowledge of testing process, STLC, SDLC, Agile Process.
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, test life cycle & test metrics etc.
∎ Experience in creating dashboards for data quality measurements with KPIs.
∎ Excellent communication skills – both, verbal and written
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, troubleshooting and decision-making skills
∎ Salesforce lightning applications testing experience preferred
