∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ 8-10 years of experience with significant experience in a relevant leadership role.§  Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bangla.§  Conceptual understanding and technical knowledge of formal and non-formal education, Community Mobilization, and Education Equity.§  Skill in Computer software such as MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.§  Skills in Organize the Teacher’s Training and Facilitation§  Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines.§  Technical innovation with good communication Skills including survey, report writing, and staff supervision.§  Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines.§  Willing to travel extensively within the JCF operational area and beyond.§  Communication knowledge with the internet, email, WhatsApp, YouTube, messenger, Skype and Facebook etc.

Responsibilities & Context:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 1,27,050 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project
