Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quantity Calculation & Verification
- Road, embankment, subgrade, asphalt, shoulder, cladding, earthwork measurement.
- Culvert/bridge quantity calculation.
- OGL, chainage, cross-section, LS calculation.
- AutoCAD data verification.
2. IPC Preparation
- IPC/Running bill preparation. BOQ item-wise sheet. RFI linkage with IPC. PA quantity update.
3. RFI & Checklist Management
- RFI preparation & tracking. Work inspection checklist maintain.
4. Price Adjustment (PA)
- Monthly PA update. Cement, steel, bitumen, fuel indexing. Summary & cumulative sheet handling.
5. Drawings & Data Handling
- Plan, profile, section reading. AutoCAD measurement.
Technical Skills:
- MS Excel (Advanced)
- AutoCAD (2D)
Education:
- Diploma/BSc in Civil Engineering
- QS/Cost control training preferred
Experience:
- Bsc Minimum 5 years in Road/Bridge project, Diploma Minimum 10 years in road/bridge project.
- IPC, RFI, PA, BOQ experience required.
