∎ Age 28 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead QC department in Beverage ( Drinks, Ice Loly, Edible Gel) manufacturing company.
∎ To developed product recipe.
∎ All activities of production line operation.
∎ Shift reporting, shift manpower monitoring, plant operation monitoring etc.
∎ Monitoring all process to reduce the wastage percentage.
∎ To implement the regulatory guidelines of regulatory agencies. i.e. GMP, GHP, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal etc.
∎ Analyze problems associated with the process, control, flow, range of the plant/ machinery and take corrective measures.
∎ Participate as a team guide to solve hygiene, TPM and safety audit issues.
∎ Co-ordinate with various department & ensure smooth operations of the plant.
