Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutritional Science Food Technology
∎ Skills Required: MICROSOFT OFFICE, Production, Recording software Strong Knowledge, Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Production, Food and Beverage, QC control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the quality of the raw materials through testing all types of adulteration.
∎ Perform all sorts of tests for all raw material, packaging material, and finished product following the standard testing procedure.
∎ Perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
∎ Released the finished products through testing all parameters.
∎ Maintain the record of all sorts of tests performed.
∎ Submit daily basis RM/PM stock to management.
∎ Submit the QA reports & Documents to the authority.
∎ To perform an analytical test of food items like free fatty acid, peroxide value, fat test, alcoholic acidity test, granularity test, acid value, residual test, moisture & gluten test.
∎ To perform foil & carton test like GSM, Bursting capacity.
∎ To perform milk products fat test, CLR.
∎ To perform analytical tests of water like total dissolved solid(TDS), PH, Conductivity.
∎ Ensure to follow GMP and Food safety requirements in the process floor.
∎ Ensure the cleaning and sanitation of the process floor before after production.
∎ Maintain the PRP, OPRP & CCP of the process line.

∎ Age at least 25 years
