Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 4 to 5 years in the relevant position

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with the quality concern of finishing section independently for all quality control, Audit, In-process inspection.
∎ Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure as per buyer's guideline.
∎ Should be experience to handle the Brand on H&M, Walmart, Jordache, Kontoor, Vf Asia, ALDI, Next Sourcing etc.
∎ Updating quality policy, setting quality objectives, composing quality manual and SOP as per global standard and requirement of the brands.
∎ Implement & Maintain effective quality control & management system to ensure process and product's quality.
∎ To follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as when required
∎ To optimize finishing manpower allocation and manpower turnover, absenteeism as per plan.
∎ To maintain specified poly to ship ratio and ensure 100% final inspection pass rate
∎ Monitor and control quality system, improve the knowledge and skill of the team.
∎ Monitor the finishing quality related process in order to meet on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing skilled manpower
∎ Ensure to start the Finishing production as per monthly production plan in time.
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per lay out & the daily style wise target achievement.
∎ To meet the shipment dates. maintain daily output finishing & packing records.
∎ Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours for setting the desired quality standard in the initial stage.
∎ Need to handle all the buyers' QC and inspection independently.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Good Computer skills (e-mail, word, excel)
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experienced person.
